Another week has gone by and still no news about an investigation over the clear-cut case of use of non-public material information (i.e. illegal insider trading) by Lundin Mining's director Paul McRae. Wehave had no declaration from Lundin Mining (LUN.to) on whether McRae is under investigation for the blatant breaking of its ethics rules. We have heard nothing from Canadian regulatory authorities, BCSC, OSC, IIROC, TSX etc.  

Why is that? Are these people trying to cover up YET ANOTHER case of insider trading and hoping it will simply go away? Is Lukas Lundin trying to protect a friend instead of doing the right thing? Inquiring minds, etc...
