Vancouver, B.C. Corvus Gold Inc. (“Corvus” or the “Company”) – (TSX: KOR, OTCQX: CORVF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with BMO Capital Markets, as sole underwriter, under which BMO Capital Markets has agreed to buy on a bought deal basis 10,000,000 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”), at a price of C$2.00 per Common Share for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately C$20 million (the “Offering”).
