That is a desperate board of directors clutching at straws. Two things:

1) It is not a "smear campaign". It is the truth, at long last, about one of the most nefarious toerags in the Vancouver mining scene. His name is Dev Randhawa and unfortunately for this board of directors, this disgusting parasite has attached itself to FCU. 

2) The board are lying as a group, which is an ominous signal for the eventual transparency of the ongoing ethics committee inquiry into Dirty Dev and his fallen friends. The testimonies are not a fabrication, this humble corner of cyberspace has undertaken factual reporting of testimonies that the board itself has seen and understood. What's more, damned responsible reporting under the circumstances considering the contents of those files. Which reminds your author that he firmly believes the board should stop the fabrication and cover-ups and hand over its testimonial evidence to the RMCP immediately, else face possible consequences of collusion.
