As chutzpah goes, that one is special. This is of course the same permit just granted to Chakana to drill its latest targets that Chakana Copper and David Kelley said would arrive in "mid-2018" (this from the March 2018 corporate presentation):

Then when the EIA-SD permit arrived, it turned out it didn't cover the main targets that PERU.v wanted to drill, so they needed to get another one (that's the one he BSsed you about arriving successfully during Peru's SOE). Meanwhile, the drill program that was supposed to start in 3q18 in fact started on June 24th 2019 and even then, we only got two sets of results from two of the outlying and less important targets in the whole of the year. Then what followed? Turns out you were so asleep at the wheel you didn't see your Country Manager embezzling you for over half a million dollars (and you let him off scot-free too, barely a rap of the knuckles because you were afraid of his daddy), which may of course explain why Chakana Copper isn't one of the most successful in permitting in Peru but in fact one of the all-time worst (and I've watched plenty go through). And now, when you begin drilling two years and countless millions of diluted shares later, you are claiming to have better permitting success in Peru than other companies.

My stars David, they scripted that for you and you agreed to it. You even managed to finished the sentence with "success", what the hell happened to you? Don't you see what these parasites are going to do to your company? Do you care any more? FWIW I've met David Kelley on a number of occasions, he was always very pleasant and friendly with me and a deep source of common sense geology. It's sickening to watch another decent economic geologist get corrupted and turned into a money-chasing monster by Vancouver. And with that, IKN successfully burns yet another bridge. Youtube here.
