What's my take. 

Helicopter money from government will always initiate a boom in the beginning, but in the end it does not create wealth or prosperity. 

I am old enough to have seen this act play out many times in many countries, and it never works. 

But according to the AP and Biden's economic team, the reason why such measures did not work in the past was because it was too little too late. No problem this time around, we are going to do everything double/triple/etc. than what it was before. And it is going to work.
